Between Covid-19 (with an extremely small market-maybe forever-and difficulty getting in to see houses and social distancing and wearing masks), incompetent other realtors, and my bank that took 60 days to process the loan and still wasn't ready on closing day and we had to reschedule closing, which then stll took a FULL day to settle. The only things that went well through it all were GUS and his wife, KHRISTINE. They were competent, thorough and efficient at every step. They caught the mistakes of many others in the process, kept us on track and most of all kept ME on track and on point. His wife was always available and pitched in to help and facilitate the process. Gus is great to work with. He understood my requirements and restricted his referrals to meet those parameters which eliminated my having to review properties that did not meet my particular needs. I had looked at several other properties on my own but a delay of a couple of days meant they already had several offers or were off the market before I was able to look at them. Due to the market, speed was necessary as the desirability of the properties I was interested in also fit many others. I has several other realtors looking at properties and his referral to the Crystal Mist property was the first one I received. I was therefore able to look at the property the day after it appeared on the market, make an offer and have the offer accepted the next day. "We decided to purchase a home in Sebastian that was listed by Khristine Brugger at RE/MAX Crown Realty. We live in Miami Beach, FL and we wanted to use a Realtor in that area. After doing some research, we opted to use Khristine as our Realtor as we really liked her when we met for the first time for the initial showing.
We cannot express in words how amazing she and her husband Gus were. They were always available, professional, and patient, and went above and beyond to be there for us as we closed on the home 2 months before we would be permanently moving into it. About Gus Brugger
Gus & Khristine Brugger have lived in Indian River/ South Brevard County area for a combined total of close to 60 years. Captain Gus as he was once known spent 23 years guiding primarily out of town visitors on fishing excursions on the Indian River Lagoon and Sebastian Inlet. The contacts he made over those years give him a vast data base and working knowledge of the people who visit and eventually move to the Sebastian Area. This insight has allowed him to have great success since becoming a full time Realtor in 2012. Khristine worked at some of the areas most exclusive country clubs and in 2 area school districts in their accounting departments over the last 25 years. She decided to break free of the confines of an office and has since 2017 used her skills and local knowledge to help folks find and buy their perfect home.The Brugger team has the experience, skill, knowledge and integrity expected of true real estate professionals and they would love to put it to work for you.
